Our main studio is located in the rear of 241 North Avenue West and is accessible through the front, from North Ave, or from the rear parking lot, literally steps away from the train platform. The main studio is equipped with, among other items, York lifting equipment and a Freemotion Dual Cable Cross as well as Powerblocks, a complete complement of kettlebells, stabilty balls, slam balls, ropes, diagnostic equipment and so much more.

Our new group fitness room is a light, bright & elegant room which contains our cardio pieces and plenty of open space for enjoying group sessions. With crystal chandeliers, bright white walls, gorgeous trim, and sleek hardwood floors, the feel is that of NYC loft studio.

Our private shower & changing room is new, clean & handicapped accessible. The room is equipped with an exhaust fan for your comfort, as well as a comfortable vanity, hairdryer and other necessities. Aside from its regular cleaning, our shower is also freshened up after every use. Additionally, we provide luxuary towels and bathmats, laundered with natural & allergen reducing detergents. Our bath products are all natural. Currently, we have Burt's Bees Shampoos, Conditioner & Shower Gel. Although not necessary, the shower can be reserved.

At Westfield Fitness, we take our commitment to the environment very seriously. Therefore, all of our prepared drinks and shakes are served in cups made from corn that feel and work exactly like plastic, however unlike plastic, the corn cups are 100% biodegradable and compostable.

Parking is Downtown Westfield can be challenging, however most of our clients find, once armed with a little knowledge about the local parking situation, it is no problem at all. Below is some information which may be helpful and we believe may be helpful, however, as parking regulations change, we strongly encourage everyone to visit the town's website for the most up-to-date parking information:

• Parking is strictly enforced in Downtown Westfield and the surrounding area.
• It is always best to bring change over dollar bills since not all machines will take bills.
• Parking enforcement is all lots begins at 9am , so if your training ends prior to 9am, you should not have to worry about parking.
• Each lot ends enforcement at a different time, some as late as 7pm so please check the signs for the lot you choose to park in.
• Parking enforcement in the lot directly in front of the train station that Cheeburger Cheeburger faces (with the numbered spots) continues until 7pm.
• Parking directly behind the building (non-numbered spots) is permit parking only between 9am and 4:30pm. After that time, parking is free to all. If you will arrive after 4:30pm, this lot is a great option. If you arrive before 4:30pm, and do not have a permit, you will receive a ticket.
• Parking on the south side of the train station is free after noon every day in non-numbered spots only. The north side can be reached easily by taking the pathway underneath the train platform.
• Parking is free on Sundays and federal holidays.
