Currently, we are looking for individuals to begin the path towards becoming a Westfield Fitness Personal Trainer and Strength/Conditioning Coach.

Forget what you know. We pride ourselves on the quality and constency of training at Westfield Fitness. There are no independent contractors here. All personal trainers at Westfield Fitness are required to learn and practice only the Westfield Fitness Studio training protocols. So we are less concerned with how much you may already know about training, but more interested to know how hard you are willing to work to know more.

Westfield Fitness offers an extremely competitive rate for all trainers from day one, health insurance for full-time employees, commission on products sold, no floor hours and no uniforms. This is truly a professional and friendly team environment, where the quality of your work always comes before sales numbers and where you really will get the tools you need to grow as a trainer, and as a professional.

Requirements:

Although no certification or four year college degree is required,  it is preferred.

Professional demeanor.

True desire to serve clients and help them reach their goals.

Passion for health & fitness and a desire for continuing education.
